Previous TAF

Turkish - Arab Economic Forum (TAF) started in 2005 with the support and under the patronage of H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of Türkiye. Since than, TAF has brought together 10 Prime Ministers, 112 Ministers, and more than 11,000 high level participants in 15 Turkish-Arab Economic Forum (TAF), 2 Turkish-Arab Capital Markets Forum (TAF-CM) and 1 Turkish Arab Financial Forum (TAF-F) editions. TAF has become the pioneer economic platform and diplomatic summit of our region, with the official support of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, and Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye. In 2010, TAF hosted the Turkish – Arab Ministers of Foreign Affairs Meeting, and Ministers announced their official supports with an official declaration. The latest edition of TAF held in 2024 in istanbul, and hosted by H.E. Mehmet Şimşek, the Minister of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye with a main theme of “A Global Corridor for Investment, Trade and Technology”. TAF is organized by TAF Company, and Al Iktissad Wal Aamal with the permanent support of Investment Office of the Presidency of Türkiye, and Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, and Mr. Ahmet Burak Dağlıoğlu are the leading names as being the co-hosts of TAF. Since 2005, TAF had and still having cooperations with the League of Arab States,Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC), Union of Arab Chambers, Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEİK), Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), The Banks Association of Türkiye (TBB), Turkish Contractors Association (TMB), Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (MÜSİAD), Borsa İstanbul (BİST) in different years.
